Refund policy

At ‘iilika’ every product is checked thoroughly before packing and dispatching. Returns & refunds are made only if a manufacturing defect that has gone unnoticed at our end. Please note: Return shipping cost will have to be borne by the customer. Reverse shipping is not provided by ‘iilika’.

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products but in the rare case of the product having any manufacturing defects that have been unnoticed from our end, we would exchange the same. Please make an UNPACKING VIDEO of the order once received.

In case the product received is defective, kindly email us on contact@iilika.com by mentioning your order ID as well as the picture of the defect, within 24 hours of receiving the product(s)and we will take it forward from there. After the product arrives back to us, it would go for a thorough quality check by our team, and only after its approval, it will be eligible for exchange or refund.

The management decision with regard to damaged/ defective products and refund shall be final and binding. All ‘iilika’ products should be returned in an UNMARKED, UNUSED condition with the original packaging, tags, and sale receipts intact. Any items not received by ‘iilika’ will be considered not returned.

Therefore, please use a reliable shipping service once we notify you to do the same. Any items that have been altered by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. We at ‘iilika’, are allowing returns ONLY IF you feel that the item you have received is defective and NOT for reasons such as you didn’t like the color and/or design and/or material and/or simply changed your mind after making the payment on our website. 

Team ‘iilika’ works hard on putting together pictures and detailed description on the website to help you make the right choice while purchasing.  

Cancellation Policy
We do not allow for the cancellation of orders placed. We request you to shop with indulgence and consciousness about the resources that go into preparing the product, packing and delivering it to you 😊 

The Management reserves the unilateral right to modify or alter the aforesaid conditions and policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.
